LUMIO Delivery Policy

All LUMIO products are 100% digital — there's no shipping involved, so you won't pay shipping fees or wait on a package.

How Delivery Works
- Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your files and/or Notion access link
- Delivery is automated and usually arrives within minutes
- The Notion Life Dashboard is delivered as a PDF containing your personal duplication link — click it to add the template to your own Notion workspace

If You Don't Receive Your Order
1. Check your spam or promotions folder
2. Confirm the email address you used at checkout was correct
3. If it's been more than 1 hour with no email, contact [support email] with your order number and we'll resend it right away

No Physical Shipping
